Assembly Operative

Position: Assembler
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday- Friday

Salary: £26,500 per annum

You must be willing to learn and physically fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities for Assembly Operative:

Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions and specifications
Ensure quality control and perform final inspections on assembled products
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Identify and report any issues or defects in products to the supervisor
Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements for Assembly Operative:

Previous experience in assembly or a similar role is preferred but not essential
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to lift and move heavy objects if required
