My client are a specialist design and build office fit out contractor operating across the North West and wider areas. They deliver projects across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, offices, leisure and healthcare.

They are now recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working on CAT A & B fit out projects.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Ensure project costings are met
Reviewing and agreeing variations
Managing claims and payments
Review, prepare and issue Forecast Final Account (Cost Report)
Prepare monthly CVRs and cashflows
Prepare, submit final account on completion of works
