Our client is a well run Top Tier contractor whom are looking for an experienced construction Design Manager to work on new landmark construction project focusing mainly on the facades.

Your day to day duties will include the following-

Managing the design process using your commercial, contractual, planning and technical expertise.

Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design.

Encouraging and working with consultants to produce accurate work using their experience, resources and verve.

Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate.

Managing design and financial risks

Reverse Engineering

You will be working with a dynamic design team on a landmark construction project from day one. The role will ideally suite someone looking for a genuine career opportunity, work life balance with a progressive company. Salary and package is negotiable on experience.
