Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects, delivering Environmental Impact Assessments and Habitat Regulations Appraisals.
Innovate and enhance service offerings in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, using your excellent communication skills.
Drive expertise in modelling techniques such as collision risk and spatial modelling.
Mentor junior staff and provide expert technical advice. Principal Ornithologist Requirements:

Extensive ornithological experience with a focus on sustainable development.
Strong knowledge of UK legislation and EIA.
Degree in ecology or a related field
Full driving licence and car
