We have a new opportunity and exciting for a Foot Mobile Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on a set portfolio of around 5 sites. The contract you will be looking after are commercial buildings which include schools and offices.

About the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

You will be responsible for all Building Services duties on the Mechanical and Electrical side.

Responsibility for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

Maintenance work on commercial properties
PPM and reactive work on electrical systems
Repairs and fault finding on electrical/mechanical systems
Maintenance of plant
Attend breakdownsExperience Required for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

Either Electrical/Mechanical qualification - City & Guilds/Apprenticeship We offer for the role of Foot Mobile Engineer:

Salary up to £44k
Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
Bonus up to 2% two times a year

25 day AL + Bank Holidays
