Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced Site Agents / Project Engineers for water and infrastructure project delivery. The role involves managing larger-scale on-site asset maintenance, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient delivery of projects ranging from £500k - £3M.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and deliver single or multiple projects with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.

* Lead site teams, foster collaboration, and maintain strong relationships with UU personnel and supply chain partners.

* Oversee project planning, change control, and subcontract management.

* Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.

* Report project performance and ensure stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

* Experience in water industry project delivery.

* Strong project management and leadership skills.

* Knowledge of CDM and construction management.

* HNC/HND or degree in engineering (preferred).

* CITB SMSTS qualification.

* EUSR Water Hygiene, Temporary Works Coordinator, Lifting Appointed Person, First Aid, and Confined Space Working (preferred or willingness to train)
