Receptionist Host - Wirral

Office based: (Must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle)
Hourly rate : £12 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)

We're currently working alongside one of our clients, who are a well-established Legal Firm to recruit for a Receptionist Host to work in their two offices based in Heswell and Hoylake. Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to cover shifts in two offices a driving license is essential.

Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.

Maintain a clean, presentable, and professional client area and meeting facilities at all times.

Be adaptable to the varying needs of our clients.

Manage meeting room bookings, update appointment diaries, and coordinate schedules efficiently.

Support with administration duties 

Receive deliveries and ensure they are promptly passed on to the correct recipient.

Continuously strive to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.
