Factory Foreman Required – Bedford Region – Up to £40K + Package

Established in 2000 with locations in London and Bedfordshire, my client have grown to be one of the premier surface fabricators and bespoke worktop suppliers in the United Kingdom.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Factory Foreman to join our growing team. As the Factory Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for managing a team of factory workers, assigning tasks, and distributing workloads effectively while remaining hands-on in the production process. You will also oversee goods outwards, ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of finished products.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and efficient work environment. You will be integral to ensuring production targets are met while implementing company procedures and safety protocols.

* Relevant stone experience is highly desirable.
