Barker Ross are currently recruiting for an Inventory Controller role based in LE67 Coalville area.

This is for a distribution warehouse who want workers to join their fun and friendly team.

The working pattern for this job is Monday to Friday working either a 10:00 to 18:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 shift.

This position pays £13.21

Duties and responsibilities include:

· Monitor and maintains current inventory levels
· Moving stock around the warehouse to maintain stock layout
· Performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles against WMS
· Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
· Reporting any stock discrepancies to management
· Implementing inventory procedures
· Answering customer inquiries and complaints
· Perform ad-hoc jobs within the warehouse
· Able to work to strict deadlines and targets
· Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints & actions taken
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
· Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager
· Adhere to the company procedures in relation to all aspects of the IT systems, Business admin processes, procedures and policies
· Ad Hoc warehouse duties

The ideal candidate will:

· Be fully competent using Microsoft Excel and other MS office applications
· Previous experience using WMS
· Must be reliable and responsible; and must have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision
· Have the ability to analyse and solve problems
