We're on a mission of growth and expansion, and we're seeking a Delivery Consultant (Technology) to join our passionate team of disruptors and visionaries in our new Birmingham office.

Your Mission:

As a Delivery Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving revenue and exceeding targets through your expertise and dedication. Here's what you'll be up to:

Be a proactive hunter who is an expert at unearthing and engaging with the very best Technology Talent for our clients
Partner with colleagues to support managed accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery to both existing and new customers.
Foster and deepen relationships with clients, aiming to build lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth and success.
Build robust communities and networks and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding and supporting them in their journey to find their next role.
Actively support your teammates with opportunities involving their key accounts and relationships, contributing to a cohesive and successful team effort.
Achieve billed revenue by adhering to the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the very best service and experience to candidates and clients at every step.
Aid recruitment consultants and business development managers by identifying and generating new business leads.
Stay ahead of the curve by diving deep into your sector, keeping abreast of the latest Technology industry trends, developments and news.
What we’re looking for:

A proven track record in sourcing and unearthing supreme Technology talent across multiple Tech verticals.
Experience within either a Delivery Consultant, 360 Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition role.
A passion for building communities and lasting relationships with candidates.
An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success
Resilience and adaptability, with a flair for thriving in dynamic environments
