Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in their education? TeacherActive are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong background in phonics and Read Write Inc. training. You will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, helping to develop their confidence and literacy skills. 

Requirements for this Teaching Assistant role  

Experience working across key stage one and key stage two 

Training in Read Write Inc. Phonics 

A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning 

The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to enhance pupil progress 

A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment 

This Teaching Assistant role is based at one of our partner primary schools close to Maidstone. The role is on a temporary basis for the summer term – starting immediately for the right educator  

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.
