Our Client is seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a globally respected company based in Redditch.

THIS IS A CUSTOMER-FACING ROLE OFFERING TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON PHONE CALL OR VIDEO CALL

Key Responsibilities.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to production teams.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new machinery.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a maintenance engineering or technical support role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred).
