Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000

The role of the Customer Success Manager – Fire Detection & Security Systems will involve:

* Customer Success Manager position dealing with the design, supply & installation services of fire & security systems

* Leading the customer success team, supporting with the day to day activities, assisting with general administrative duties and ensure departmental KPI’s are met

* Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service from across the department

* Review current processes and make recommendations for improvements

* Monitor the performance of the team to ensure the correct training is provided

* Work to ensure the efficient scheduling of the engineering team

* Maintain accurate information and records in the CRM system, Simpro

* Utilise external third part compliance systems such as: Fixflow, Dwellant, Pronett & Service Channel

* This includes reviewing daily to see new jobs raised, updating schedules, responding to messages, uploading jobs sheets.

The ideal applicant will be a Customer Success Manager – Fire Detection & Security Systems with:

* Must have management experience: customer service manager or office manager

* Must have experience with fire alarms, access controls, telecoms, CCTV, intruder alarms & door access

* Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

* Stable career background

* Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
