Coba Education are looking for a qualified teacher across ks1 and 2 to help cover various classes in a Primary Academy based in Wellingborough. They are looking for a candidate who will be motivated and enthusiastic about creating a nurturing environment.. The role will be a long term position until the end of the Spring term.

Responsibilities of the role involve:

Delivering Engaging Lessons:

* Conducting pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.

* Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.

Creating a Positive Learning Environment:

* Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

* Upholding high standards of behaviour management.

Collaboration:

* Working closely with other staff members to ensure effective education delivery.

* Supporting the school’s commitment to student development.

Qualifications and Skills:

* You must be QTS.

* Experience working as a primary teacher.

* Strong classroom management skills.

* Passion for teaching and engaging with primary-aged pupils.
