1:1 Teaching Assistant – Year 5/6 (ADHD)

Pay: £90-£105 per day

Class Mate is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5/6 pupil in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in NG6. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on a child’s education and development.

The Role:

* Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum.

* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies.

* Support the pupil’s emotional and social development, promoting confidence and independence.

Requirements:

* Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.

* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.

* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience).

* A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
