First Aid
Scaffold Inspection (desired)
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (desired)

A prestigious Housing Developer is seeking an additional Assistant Site Manager to join a site in Derby. The project involves building traditional houses to a high-end heritage range.

Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor progress and quality of work
Manage site logistics and personnel

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in an Assistant Site Manager role with a Housing Developer

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience in traditional house building
Strong understanding of construction processes
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

The role involves working on a construction site, which may include outdoor work and exposure to various weather conditions. Some flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
