Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Manchester  

Rate: Up to £75k PA Depending on experience

Responsibilities for senior quantity surveyor role: 

- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment

- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs

- Analyse construction plans and specifications

- Manage project budgets and track project costs

- Liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders on cost-related matters

- Monitor changes to design or construction work and adjust budget projections

Requirements for senior quantity surveyor role: 

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

- Professional accreditation is desirable

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent numerical abilities

- Knowledge of cost control techniques
