Our client is looking for twelve individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes.

The Individuals:

* Must be available to start on the 30th September 2024

* Must live within commutable distance of Battersea Park

* Must have previous customer service experience

* An interest in banking, cash, b2b operations an advantage

* Confident communicators both verbal and written

* Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets

* Strong work ethic and a team player

The Role:

* Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations

* Updating internal systems

* Escalating complaints to relevant departments

Interviews are taking place a.s.a.p. with an onsite assessment on the 20th September 2024.
