Marketing Manager, Tour Operator, London/Hybrid, £40-50k + Bonus. An excellent opportunity to join a specialist tour operator based in London where you will be responsible for multi-channel campaign management to both consumers and trade partners.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Reporting to the head of marketing, you will be responsible for managing one other marketing exec.
Creating and delivering partnership marketing campaigns.
Lead of b2b and b2c email marketing campaigns.
Social media marketing.
Utilising tools such as Google analytics to track the success and effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting and improving where appropriate.
Writing press releases and leading on PR strategy.
Cross functional collaboration with digital marketing and on the road sales teams.
Budget management.
Marketing Manager Skills Required

At least 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably from the travel industry
Experience of end-to-end campaign planning, management and delivery.
Experience leading a small team.
A creative flair with experience using design software such as Canva or similar.
Experience of partnership marketing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Marketing Manager Additional Details

A basic salary in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Company bonus potential in region of 5-10%
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in Central London with option to work remotely 3 days a week. Don't keep a good thing to yourself
