Quality Control Technician

Location: Drybrook

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

An opportunity has opened for a Quality Control Technician to join an electronics manufacturing company based in Drybrook. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Quality Technician or Quality Inspector in the past and have PCB assembly /rework knowledge.

What they’re looking for:

* Previous experience as a Quality Technician or Quality Inspector

* Knowledge of IPC standards – 610 or 620 would be ideal

* Experience of ISO 9001 standards

* Any PCB assembly or soldering experience

* Must have experience in an Electronics manufacturing environment

* Assembly Technicians with some basic inspection experience will be considered

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities:

* Working in the manufacturing department providing inspection and quality control

* Working with the Quality Manager making sure ISO 9001 standards are met

* Inspecting PCBs and electromechanical products

* Reporting any faulty components

* Providing assistance in the manufacturing department

* Some PCB soldering and rework
