Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are partnering confidentially with a leading player in the timber manufacturing industry to recruit a Shift Supervisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that is part of a larger industry leader in timber processing across the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production operations in the manufacturing of timber frame kits.

Ensure strict adherence to quality control systems and standards.

Manage and lead a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Promote and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of personnel at all times.

Monitor and maintain accurate production and loading documentation.

Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment is running efficiently.

Manage team attendance, timekeeping, and overtime.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience as a Senior Production Technician/Team Leader/Supervisor within a Production/Manufacturing environment 

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to motivate a team.

Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
