We are currently looking for an ADAS Feature Owner for our client, a luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars. The successful candidate will own the feature and ensure its delivery to achieve technical targets, deliver on time and to budget.
 
The ADAS Feature Owner will:

Be responsible for the delivery strategy of specific ADAS & AD features, including development plan, timing of key deliverables into the vehicle programme and the achievement of target attributes.
Own and resolve conflicts in terms of technical delivery and timing.
Develop and cascade feature requirements throughout the business and aligning with cross-functional teams.
Guide other team members to support the achievement of feature delivery.
Ensure the delivery plan aligns to programme gateways.  
The ADAS Feature Owner will have:

Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
Working knowledge of FuSa/DFMEA.
Experience in Product Delivery and technical problem solving.
A collaborative approach to solving problems requiring input and support of others.
Experience of L3 Autonomous Driving systems.
Working knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. Polarion or Doors)
Excellent knowledge of ADAS technical development (including regulatory and industry standards)
