Job Title: Shift Manager

Location: Merseyside

Salary: c£55,000 + pension and bonus

Overview: Our client is a leader in their field placing premium products with all the major retailers.

The Candidate/Experience Required:

* Experience of managing a team in food or FMCG manufacturing

* Must be able to demonstrate mentoring and coaching a team

* Working collaboratively with all functions in the business

* CI experience would be beneficial within this role

* Must have a logical approach to problem solving

The Role/Responsibilities:

* Delivering daily, weekly and monthly KPIs including safety, quality & cost

* To coach and develop your Team Leaders

* Continuously improving safety standards to reduce accidents and report near misses

* Drive company culture by demonstrating behaviour

* Manage performance with all team members
