Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Senior Associates and Partners on transactions.

* Manage various elements of deals including investments, M&A, and JV work.

* Handle work across the corporate team, covering private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advice, partnerships, advisory, and restructuring work.

* Support senior fee earners on key transactional documents – SPA, investment agreements, JVA’s.

* Manage funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions.

* Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements.

* Conduct corporate reorganisations and restructures.

Skills and Experience:

* High level of technical knowledge in corporate law, especially M&A and investments.

* Excellent organizational skills.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work on own initiative.

* Capability to apply knowledge and experience to a broad range of transactions and clients.

Person Specification:

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Enthusiastic team player.

* Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
