Quantity Surveyor – Hampshire | £50,000–£70,000 DOE

The client a reputable, family-run construction firm based in Hampshire, delivering high-quality residential projects valued between £500k and £4m. As part of continued growth, are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The Role: This full-time, office-based position involves managing all financial and contractual aspects of projects, including budgeting, tendering, procurement, cost control, reporting, and value engineering. Occasional site visits required.

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 6 years’ experience in construction

* Relevant qualifications (QS/Construction Management)

* RICS/CIOB membership (or working towards it) preferred

* Strong cost management, communication, and negotiation skills

* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Procore training provided
