Working for one of the UK's leading fit out companies you will be supporting the Project Manager on a multi million pound fit out project on commercial offices ins London.
The role will involve:
Reviewing sub-contractor proposals and checking works to ensure they are complete satisfactorily
Provide advice regarding all elements of the Building services on the project
Produce a commissioning strategy for the Project managers to use
To be commercially aware of the cost of all mechanical and electrical items to ensure competitive costsYou will have experience as either a Technical Services manager or similar role, working on fit-out and refurbishment projects. It is important to have an eye for details and work as part of team. Excellent communication skills are needed for this role as you will be liaising with a wide range of people.
