Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next project? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work with a leading construction company on a refurbishment project of commercial units in Trafford Park.

Position: Site Manager (Temp Basis)  

Location: Trafford Park  

Duration: 2 months minimum - Due to start in around 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily site operations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely progress.

- Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any variances.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

- Foster a positive working environment and motivate site staff.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

- First Aid Certification

- Asbestos Awareness Training

- Proven experience in managing refurbishment projects, particularly in commercial settings.
