Duties of the Project Manager:

* Primary responsibilities will include the management of all projects, from site survey to delivery and installation.

* High level of detail ensuring orders are correct to the client’s specification

* Sufficient labour is organised to complete on time and on budget.

* Plan and organize the workflow of flooring installers to meet project timelines.

* Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards and comply with contractual specifications.

* Enforce strict adherence to health and safety guidelines on-site.

* Liaise effectively with project managers and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

* Oversee the usage of materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing efficiency.

* Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status and progress.

​Project Manager requirements:

* Experience of working as an Project Manager or have a Joinery background

* Experience of effectively managing teams

* Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation

* Effective communication and listening skills

* Good administration skills

* Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously

* Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

* Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
