What you’ll do as an Operations Analyst:

* Lead the pension finding process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

* Communicate regularly with customers, keeping them updated.

* Conduct research to verify pension details.

* Provide feedback to improve our processes and contribute to our small but dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:

* A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset.

* Recent graduate OR equivalent work experience

* Superb communication and organizational skills.
