Proactive are currently recruiting for a number of production/machine operators to work for a manufacturing company based in Crownhill Milton Keynes

Your daily duties will include:

Operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery safely
Fettling and metal finishing
Other ad hoc production duties
Ensuring production areas are clean and free from obstaclesTo be considered for this role you will need the following skills/experience:

Previous production/manufacturing experience
Ideally have worked with machinery previously
Good working within a team and on your own initiative
Good attention to detail in order to understand and correctly follow processes
Good communication skillsThe ideal candidate will:

Have good time keeping skills
Posses a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be professional and approachableMore about the role:

Hours - 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP following interview process
Rate - £12.00 holiday accrued - £13.50 per hour holiday paid
Duration: Full-Time ongoing assignment with view to permanent contract
