Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the social housing sector. We have been appointed by a London based Local Authority who are looking for an interim Disrepair Case Officer initially for a period of 6 months with potential for extension. 

Duties will include:

Logging disrepair cases.

Interrogating system records and ongoing complaints.

Liaising with legal teams, disrepair surveyors and contractors.

Liaise with contracts.

Raise purchase order forms.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

Strong administration background working within a HA, LA or Contractor.

Experience of disrepair cases. 

Some understanding of the legal framework and disrepair processes.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent record keeping skills.

Ability to remain calm and focussed in high pressure situations. 

In return an umbrella rate between £25 - £33 per hour is being offered dependant on experience.
