Interim Finance Business Partner - Adult Social Care - Local Authority

Contract: Interim (3 months)
Rate: £500 - £575 per day (Inside IR35)

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a Local Authority on an interim basis, specialising in Adult Social Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a vital service area, working with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and deliver value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Adult Social Care leadership to provide financial insight and analysis.
Support budget management, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Lead on financial modelling and scenario planning to inform decision-making.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost savings within the Adult Social Care service.
Prepare clear and concise financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide challenge and support to ensure financial sustainability and strategic objectives are met.

Essential Requirements:

CCAB Qualified Accountant
Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, ideally within Adult Social Care
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Ability to engage effectively with non-financial stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in financial modelling and scenario planning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
