My client, an engineering company based in the Redditch area, is looking to recruit a Powder Coat Line Leader on a Permanent basis.

As a specialist Automated Painting Facility, they are ideally looking for someone who is coming from a similar background in any of the following, Powder Coating, Cathodic Electro Painting, Zinc Rich Coating, Dip Spin, and Phosphate and Oil Coatings.

The main responsibilities of the role include

- Support the Production Manager in the day-day supervision of the Production Team
- Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
- Supervise the production process as it moves through different stages
- Monitor stock and Raw Materials as required

The main requirements for the role include

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Counterbalance FLT Licence
- Ideally have previous working knowledge of Metal finishing process
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ideally hold a First-Aid Certificate

This positions is Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) with an 11am finish on Fridays
There will be overtime available during the week
