We are currently recruiting for a number of Inbound Call Handlers/Call Centre agents,This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced call centre agent who wants to progress within their career.

Responsibilities include:

Managing inbound calls and providing a consistent and consistent customer service
Dealing with customer queries efficiently
Effective complaint handling, in line with the company's complaint procedure to ensure fair outcomes
General administration tasksThe ideal candidate:

Call centre experience
Great communication
Able to work towards KPIs
