Full-time position with 40 hours spread over 4/5 days

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the baby room team, ensuring high standards of care and education

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children

Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and health and safety standards

Requirements

Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)

Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a childcare setting

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for working with young children and supporting their development
