Duties

* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

* Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.

* Monitor customer consumption levels to promote responsible drinking.

* Assist with food service as required, adhering to food safety standards.

* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Skills

* Bartending experience is highly desirable but not necessary, with knowledge of cocktail preparation being a plus.

* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.

* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.

* Excellent hospitality skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.

* A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
