Graduate Town Planner - Congleton

Are you a recent graduate in Town Planning or a related field looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career? We are currently working with a dynamic and forward-thinking property development company in Congleton that is seeking a motivated Graduate Town Planner to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of planning applications and supporting documents
Conduct site assessments and planning appraisals
Work on a range of projects, including residential and commercial developments
Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to gather planning information
Research and analyse relevant policies, regulations, and planning frameworks
Support senior planners in the preparation and submission of planning appeals
Help with the preparation of development proposals and master planningIdeal Candidate:

A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Geography, or a related field
A passion for town planning and development
Strong communication and report-writing skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work well both independently and within a team
Good understanding of planning legislation and regulations
