Our client is a renowned and well-regarded 5* volume house builder who, with an excellent land bank and project pipeline, are looking to add an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to what is already a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in managing the preparation of information required for clearance of all planning conditions.

* Ensure thorough co-ordination between all consultants to prevent any adopting, conflicting or maintenance issues during construction of the development.

* Secure Building Regulations/Statutory approvals

* Prepare Working Drawings and Collate all supporting information

* Provide technical support for Production sites
