Our client, a global tech company, is seeking a talented Customer Support Administrator to join their team. They are an international manufacturer of high-quality wireless communications systems used in the retail, restaurant, and healthcare sectors. As a Customer Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our client's customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Taking customer service calls and performing initial diagnostics/problem solving
Liaising with customers and providing follow-up support
Coordinating service department repairs, including allocating field engineers if necessary
Managing and tracking calls and repairs to completion
Processing and administrating UK installations
Preparing service quotations and customer service invoices
Generating spare parts sales quotations and invoices
Reviewing weekly compliance with performance targets and preparing service reports
Assisting with general office administration tasks as neededEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Previous customer service experience
Confident with a polite phone manner
Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
Good organisational skills
Strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel (training on the company's sales order processing system and service software will be provided)Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

While not essential, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:

Knowledge of wireless communications systems
Familiarity with the retail, restaurant, or healthcare sectorsTechnologies:
