My client are a leading regional civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver a new retail and commercial development being delivered in the North West.

Site manager responsibilities:

* Working alongside and reporting to the project manager/ contracts manager.

* Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.

* Ensuring health and safety compliance.

* Site supervision.

* Management and supervisory of subcontractors on site.

* Record keeping.

* Progress meetings.

* Task briefings.

* Liaising with the client and main contractor.

Site manager responsibilities:

* Right to work in the UK.

* CSCS card - Gold/ Black.

* SMSTS.

* First aid.

* Previous experience with bulk earthworks and drainage.

* Full UK driving licence.
