Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive - Paid Social
Location: Worcester (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
Collaborate on ad content and landing pages to maximize engagement.
Driving creative concepts, content ideation and implementation.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging paid media strategies.
Manage budget allocation and forecasting for campaigns.Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other advertising platforms.
Experience in digital marketing tools - paid/organic social media, email marketing, and E-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
