Are you a passionate Senior Ecologist looking for an exciting opportunity with a renowned UK-wide environmental consultancy? Known for their exceptional training and career development, our client with iconic offices in the heart of the country is an expanding team, and they are now looking for a key hire.

The Senior Ecologist role will carry out a range of work including PEA’s (Preliminary Ecological Appraisal), PRA’s (Preliminary Roost Assessment), Immergence Surveys and BNG’s (Biodiversity Net Gain) and will be joining an initial team of 5

It is expected the Senior Ecologist will be proven in the market, have a full driving license and have the following academic background

* Degree/Master’s in Ecology or related discipline

* Level 2 Bat License (minimum)

* Additional licenses including Barn Owl, Invertebrates, GCN.

The position will be a mixture of office and field-based work with superb opportunities to support an existing team, have a high level of client contact providing expert guidance and a flexible working pattern to maximise your project results and work/life balance
