A highly-rated premium nursing home in Glasgow is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team and lead expert nursing care as a Unit Manager.

To ensure in-depth and focused care, the home is divided into four separate units. As Unit Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor nursing care delivered by the team within one of these units.

Person specification:

(Essential) NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN)

(Essential) Professional experience caring for older adults with complex health needs

(Essential) Professional experience with care plans and managing a nursing team

(Desirable) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
