Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (shifts: 08:30-16:30,or 09:00-17:00, or 09:30-17:30)
Salary: £22,000 per annum increasing in April 2025
Location: Blythswood Square, Glasgow

Working Model: Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days at home

About the Role:
CCA Recruitment Group is partnering with Scottish Friendly, a renowned name in the financial services sector with over 160 years of history. As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will handle multiple inbound queries via calls and emails, building personal rapport with customers to resolve their issues, update accounts, and provide a friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries through calls and emails.
Build strong customer relationships to provide personalized support.
Update customer accounts and investigate queries in detail.What We're Looking For:

Essential: Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or in a telephony role.
Desirable: Contact centre experience (not essential).
IT literate with the ability to work with multiple systems (full training provided).Ready for a New Challenge?
