Portfolio Manager – Cleckheaton - £27,000 PLUS Bonus

This Portfolio Manager position is a brand new role within the business due to the recent acquisition of a mixed portfolio of rental properties.

Circa £27,000 basic salary

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm 
1 Saturday per calendar month

What you will be responsible for

As the Portfolio Manager your role is vital in the overall agency operation. You will be responsible for maintaining and of course improving the new portfolio, whilst implementing your own business development strategies to gain new instructions and grow the portfolio.
In brief you will be;

The main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Responsible for the overall Property Management services
Responsible for the day to day maintenance requests
Conducting viewings and inspections
Help out within the lettings team with all aspects of the lettings operation when needed 
What you will have

Recent experience in residential lettings
Good knowledge of current legislation
A keen interest in all things property
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
ARLA qualification is very desirable
