We are recruiting an Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Newcastle!

The Role

*

Ensure all PPMs are carried out in line with PPM planner and SLAs.

*

Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all Heating/plumbing systems.

*

To identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with PPM operations.

*

Assist in the day-to-day operations on site, communicating effectively with client team.

*

Ensure that Domestic water systems are maintained to comply with the requirements of the L8 standard.

*

Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.

*

Regular plant room checks.

*

To attend all reactive task in a timely manner

*

To liaise with wider team to identify client improvements

*

To adhere to all CBRE QHSE Requirements

Hours

*

Monday - Friday

*

7am – 6pm with shift dependent.

*

Overtime & weekend flexibility required

*

On-Call schedule available

Qualifications & Experience

*

Plumbing City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3

*

Maintenance experience

*

FM Experience advantageous
