Pay: £30.000 - £41.333 per year +

Hours: 8.30 AM – 3.30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate RE Teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our outstanding secondary school in Audenshaw, M34. This full-time, long-term position will involve teaching Religious Education.

Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging RE lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and respect for diverse viewpoints.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share effective teaching strategies and resources
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance
Requirements:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching RE at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels is desirable, but ECTs are encouraged to apply
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
Good behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
