Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-13:00

Option for a 4-day workweek

Prepare, prime, and paint aerospace components to exact specifications
Use spray and brush techniques to apply protective and decorative finishes
Mix paints to achieve specialist finishes as required
Follow manufacturing instructions and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organised workspaceWhat Were Looking For in the Production operative

Experience in light manufacturing (preferred)
Knowledge of painting and finishing techniques
Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (SHE) standards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good literacy and numeracy skills
