Your Role:

Set and operate CNC machines to produce precision-engineered components
Program or partially program CNC machines as needed
Monitor and optimize machine performance, taking corrective action where necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Collaborate with production teams to achieve performance targets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a CNC Setter
Ability to set CNC machines within tight tolerances
Experience with CNC programming or partial programming
A track record of success in a similar role
