Requirements:

Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)

Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build meaningful, positive relationships with students and staff
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings and SEN environments
